The cabinets, appliances and all accessories were selected by a committee of experts and were recommended to fair goers for purchase. See photo in book. Foods prepared were from Holland, India, France, Italy, Norway, Greece, Germany, Denmark, Japan, Pakistan, and Mexico. Booklet titled, "California State Fair, International Cookery."
